Médicos con África Cuamm (Opera San Francesco Saverio) es una ONG (Organización no gubernamental) reconocida como adecuada en virtud de la Ley n. 49/1987, incluida más tarde en la lista de las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil de conformidad con el art. 26 de la Ley n. 125/2014, y es una ONLUS (Organización sin Ánimo de Lucro de Utilidad Social) de conformidad con el Decreto Ley n. 460/1997.
Las contribuciones voluntarias realizadas con cualquier medio de pago, excluido el efectivo, permiten los siguientes beneficios fiscales:
Médicos con África Cuamm (Opera San Francesco Saverio) certifica mantener registros contables y analíticos que representan los hechos de gestión de la Organización y elaborar en un plazo de cuatro meses desde el final del ejercicio un documento representativo de la situación patrimonial y los estados económicos y financieros, certificado regularmente por una empresa de auditoría.
En aras de permitir que nuestros financiadores/donantes se beneficien de las ventajas fiscales sobre las contribuciones voluntarias a nuestro favor, a petición del interesado, CUAMM emite una declaración relativa a los pagos realizados durante el año. En dicho caso, es necesario comunicar el nombre y el código fiscal de la persona que desea beneficiarse de la ventaja fiscal, en especial para aquellos que sean cotitulares de la misma c/c o que utilicen una transferencia postal cotitulada. Es posible solicitar el certificado llamando al número 049/8751279 o enviando un correo electrónico a cuamm@cuamm.org- Atención Departamento de Administración. Se recuerda que es importante conservar el recibo del pago de la donación, junto con cualquier certificado eventualmente solicitado y dado por CUAMM, dentro de los plazos establecidos por la normativa fiscal en vigor para permitir que la Agencia Tributaria realice los eventuales controles sobre la declaración fiscal presentada por el contribuyente. Las donaciones hechas con un c/c cotitulada, a menos que la persona interesada indique expresamente lo contrario en el objeto del pago, se atribuirán a ambos cotitulares.

El límite de la deducción sobre la base liquidable se mantiene en el 10%. Al fine di permettere ai nostri sostenitori/donatori di beneficiare delle agevolazioni fiscali sulle erogazioni liberali a nostro favore, su richiesta dell'interessato, il CUAMM emette una attestazione relativa ai versamenti eseguiti nel corso dell'anno. In tal caso è necessario comunicare il nominativo e il codice fiscale della persona che intende usufruire dell'agevolazione, in particolare per coloro che sono cointestatari di uno stesso c/c o che utilizzano un bollettino postale cointestato.

Si ricorda che è importante conservare la ricevuta di versamento della donazione, unitamente all'attestazione eventualmente richiesta e fornita dal CUAMM, entro i termini stabiliti dalla normativa fiscale vigente per permettere all'Agenzia delle Entrate di effettuare gli eventuali controlli sulla dichiarazione fiscale presentata dal contribuente.
